Delete your account

You can permanently delete your YogaMood account and associated cloud data from the app or request deletion by email.

Delete from the app

Sign in to YogaMood, open Profile, choose Settings, then choose Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown on screen.

Request deletion by email

Email hezroid@gmail.com from the email address connected to your YogaMood account. Use the subject "YogaMood account deletion request". We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data that is deleted

Deletion removes the YogaMood authentication account and known synced profile data, practice preferences, session history, mood scores, journal notes, reflection tags, favorites, program progress, and AI Coach usage records associated with the account.

Data handled separately

Deleting a YogaMood account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through the store account used for purchase. Payment records and limited security or transaction records may be retained by service providers when required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
