By using YogaMood, you agree to these terms. Please read them before beginning a practice or subscription.

Wellness service, not medical care
YogaMood provides general movement, breathing, and mindfulness content for informational and wellness purposes. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, emergency service, or other qualified professional.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age required in your location and have permission to use the device and payment method.
Premium subscriptions
Premium prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Where offered by the store, the eligible annual subscription begins with a 3-day trial and then renews automatically at the displayed annual price unless canceled in accordance with the store's deadline. The monthly subscription does not include this trial. Trial eligibility, billing, refunds, cancellation, and renewal are controlled by your App Store or Google Play account and applicable store terms.
AI Practice Coach
Premium currently includes up to 30 AI Practice Coach requests per calendar month. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are offered for general wellness only. They are not medical, mental health, or emergency advice. Use your judgment, stop any unsuitable activity, and seek a qualified professional when appropriate.
Acceptable use
Use YogaMood only for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse accounts or purchases, copy protected content at scale, or use the app in a way that harms others.
Content and ownership
YogaMood and its original text, illustrations, audio guidance, design, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.
Availability and changes
Features, flows, prices, and supported devices may change. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or material misuse. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Assumption of risk and liability
Physical activity carries risk. Practice gently, follow on-screen safety guidance, and stop when needed. To the extent permitted by law, YogaMood is provided as available without guarantees and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms when YogaMood changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Contact support with questions.
